Bayonne's Devo team focusses on developing youth wrestlers K-6 by "gamifying" wrestling. The team seeks to foster competitiveness, a love for the sport, and to teach fundamentals with limited live competition.

The Central Jersey Youth Wrestling League (CJYWL) is a wrestling program offered by Bayonne Wrestling for young athletes seeking to build upon foundational skills and gain competitive experience. Open to wrestlers in grades 1 through 6, Bayonne CJYWL competes in the both the Varsity & Junior Varsity divisions, allowing participating in matches and tournaments against teams from across Central New Jersey.
This program emphasizes advanced technique, sportsmanship, and confidence, serving as the next step in a wrestler’s development within the Bayonne Youth Wrestling program.

The Northern New Jersey Youth Wrestling League (NNJYWL) is the elite middle school wrestling program offered by Bayonne Wrestling for athletes ready to compete at the highest youth level in the state. Open to wrestlers up to grade 8 — as well as younger athletes prepared for advanced competition — Bayonne NNJYWL faces top teams from across New Jersey. This program focuses on preparing wrestlers for success at the high school level and beyond.
